Michael Farnell

Michael Farnell has extensive experience in corporate law and administration. Michael started their career as a Corporate Attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges in 1998 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined TPG Capital as Counsel. From 2006 to 2013, they simultaneously served as a Board Member at The Vita Group. In 2011, they moved to Nexeo Solutions, Inc. as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer until 2016, and then transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Sustainability Officer at SI Group, starting in June 2020.

Michael Farnell completed their Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Trinity University from 1988 to 1992. Michael then pursued a JD/MBA at Southern Methodist University from 1994 to 1998.
