Paul Tilley

Paul Tilley is a seasoned leader in the chemical industry with over 35 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President at SI Group since September 1993. Tilley started as a plant engineer and advanced through various strategic roles, contributing significantly to the company's growth. Prior to joining SI Group, Tilley worked at Cargill as a plant engineer from 1988 to 1993. Tilley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completed between 1983 and 1988.
