Traci Hockstra

Traci Hockstra serves as an Executive Advisor at SI Group, providing strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO, VP Human Resources, CFO, and other Vice Presidents, as well as the Board of Directors. Previously, Traci held the position of VP Global Human Resources, where responsibilities included collaborating on human resource programs that align with the company's business strategy and fostering a strong organizational culture. Prior to joining SI Group in 2011, Traci spent over two decades at Dow Chemical in various capacities, including HR Director for Mergers and Acquisitions and roles in manufacturing and new business development. Traci graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
