Vishalanand Shantaram Dange began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Engineer Chemical at Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd. Vishalanand then moved to IDMC Limited in 2005, where they worked as an Assistant Manager Project. In 2007, Dange joined Solvay as a Process Engineer (B). In 2010, they transitioned to SI Group, starting as the General Manager Operations/Site Head and later becoming the Director of Operations. In their role at SI Group, Dange had various leadership responsibilities such as HSE management, manufacturing operations, quality improvement, cost reduction, and process improvement. Vishalanand was also responsible for business planning, annual budgets, and operating plans, as well as fixed capital management and project management. Dange played a key role in people management, union-management relationships, and performance assessment. Vishalanand implemented global policies, established energy conservation and process improvement initiatives, and ensured compliance with legal requirements. Dange was also involved in strategy management for site expansion and product location.

Vishalanand Shantaram Dange completed a Diploma in Executive Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Piping and Engineering Design from Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University in 2000-2001. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, completed from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IIBM Institute of Business Management in 2010 and as an Energy Auditor from the National Productivity Council (NPC) India in 2005.
