Tristan Rice is a Partner at SI Partners Global, leading the M&A advisory practice based in London since April 2006. With a focus on trade sales, acquisitions, and private equity investments in marketing and tech-enabled services, Tristan has successfully managed numerous high-profile transactions, including the sales of RyanCap, Betches, and Powerscourt in 2023. Prior to SI Partners, Tristan co-founded Red Media, a media planning and buying agency specializing in premium and luxury brands, which was acquired by BLM Group in 2006. Tristan began a career in advertising sales at VNU Business Publications and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of Roehampton.
