Jakob Mæland

Jakob Mattsson is an experienced software consultant currently with J Dev since April 2022, where assistance is provided to businesses in code development and recruitment. Previously, Jakob served as Software Development Lead at Rokos Capital Management from August 2015 to March 2022, developing technology for market data, treasury operations, and core portfolio functions. As the CTO of FishBrain from November 2013 to August 2015, Jakob led an app development team, while also co-founding Touch&Tell, which focused on customer feedback technology for businesses. Early career milestones include roles as VP of Engineering at Burt, co-founder of SpridDittCV, and software consultant at Chalmers Teknologkonsulter, where leadership and technical expertise were demonstrated. Jakob holds a Master's degree in Software Development from Chalmers University of Technology, complemented by studies at the University of Glasgow and the University of Gothenburg.
