Cyrielle Callerame

Cyrielle Callerame is an experienced HR, Communications, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Engagement Lead at Sia Partners since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing the Employee Value Proposition roadmap for Pernod Ricard and overseeing the Group H&S Campaign. Previously, Cyrielle served as a consultant and professional trainer at Greenworking, focusing on new work methodologies and employee quality of life, and held the position of Recruitment Manager at Riversen, where Cyrielle developed recruitment strategies and led a team to identify engineering and support profiles. Additional experience includes roles in European affairs at the Direction Générale des Entreprises, an initiative with Michel et Augustin, French language instruction at 1to1 Languages, and event animation with Golden Entertainment. Cyrielle holds a Master's degree in International Management from WU Vienna, a Master's in European Affairs from Sciences Po Lyon, and an MSc in Management from emlyon business school.
