David Prendiville

David Prendiville is a Managing Partner at Sia Partners, with extensive experience in business model transformation, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Since March 2003, David has been recognized as an expert in redesigning business models to align with corporate strategy, leading initiatives for major organizations including Macquarie Bank, RAC, and Rio Tinto Alumina. David possesses deep expertise in enhancing business operations through effective project management, having successfully led multidisciplinary teams that resulted in increased profitability and improved customer focus. Additionally, David has a significant background in strategic planning, facilitating the development of strategies for executive boards in prominent financial services firms such as GESB and the RAC Group. Prior to joining Sia Partners, David served as a Partner at Pricewaterhousecoopers from February 1992 to September 2002. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University, completed between 1980 and 1982.
