Marie-Alice Goujard

Marie-Alice Goujard's work experience begins in 2010 with a communications internship at SEPPA Communication. In 2011, they completed an HR internship at Groupe PSA, where they focused on recruitment and career management. Marie-Alice then moved to Lactalis Nestlé in 2012 for a césure internship as an HR Missions Officer. From 2013 to 2018, Marie-Alice worked at Wavestone, initially as a Recruitment and School Relations Officer and later as the Recruitment Manager overseeing a team of 10 people. Marie-Alice was responsible for recruitment processes, team management, and employer branding. Since 2018, they have been employed at Sia Partners, first as the Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding, and currently as the Chief People Officer. Their roles at Sia Partners involve overseeing recruitment and employer branding strategies.

Marie-Alice Goujard has a Master in Management degree from EDHEC Business School, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in a one-year academic exchange program at McMaster University in Canada, focusing on Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Lycée Montaigne in Bordeaux and completed the Classes Préparatoires ECS program.
