Odélia Smila

Odélia Smila has a diverse work experience. Odélia started as a Gérant remplaçant at Nicolas in 2005, where they were responsible for managing the store's finances and customer relations. Odélia then worked as a Vendeuse at Picard Surgelés from 2004 to 2007, where they managed cash registers, stocks, and had overall responsibility for the store. In 2006, they worked as an Assistante Ressources Humaines at McCann - Erickson. In 2007, they worked as a Consultante junior at Atos. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Consultante junior at Capgemini. Odélia then joined Sia Partners, where they worked as a Consultante Supervising Senior from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at Wedoogift. Later in 2017, they worked as a Chef pâtissier at L'Ami Jean, and then as a Chef à domicile at La Belle Assiette. Currently, they are employed as a Project Director at Sia Partners.

Odélia Smila completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences, specializing in Mathematics, from Lycée Jean-Baptiste Say in 2002. Later on, they pursued their Master's in Management, with a focus on Finance/Audit/Controlling, from EDHEC Business School Lille, graduating in 2008.
