Currently, Victor is the CIO & CoFounder, CTO & CoFounder, and Full Stack Developer at SIA.RED, providing human capital management software solutions. Prior to this, Victor has experience as an Android Developer, General Field Specialist, and Instrumentation Control Engineer in companies like Cointab, Jellybit, Schlumberger, and PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. Victor holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and is currently pursuing a specialization in Control Systems Engineering at Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre'.
