Charles Mouchel

Charles Mouchel has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Directeur Juridique Corporate at SIACI SAINT HONORE since May 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Charles Mouchel worked at FTPA as an Associate in the Corporate Department from February 2012 to May 2015, and completed internships at White & Case in 2010 and 2011 within the Corporate Department. Charles Mouchel holds an LL.M in American Legal Studies from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Master 2 DJCE in Droit des sociétés from CY Cergy Paris Université, along with qualifications from both the Barreau de Paris and the Barreau de Washington D.C.
