Sandeep Gadkary

Sandeep Gadkary has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and industrial machinery field. Starting in 1990 at Ingersoll Rand, they worked in engineering and product marketing for a decade. Sandeep then joined Cameron, a Schlumberger company in 2000, where they held several positions including Marketing Manager & Business Development and General Manager of Centrifugal Compressor Operations. From 2011 to 2018, they served as President & CEO of Cameron Systems SRL Italy and Director of Global Marketing and EPC business. In 2016, they joined Ingersoll Rand again as Vice President of Engineered & Process centrifugal compression and later became the Global Strategy Compression Technology Services Leader. In 2019, they joined SIAD Macchine Impianti as the Chief Operating Officer of Compression Machinery and later became the Chief Operating Officer of Global Service. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at SIAD Macchine Impianti.

Sandeep Gadkary completed their engineering degree in Mechanical field of study from COEP Technological University, graduating in 1988. Sandeep later pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Furthermore, Sandeep obtained additional certifications including "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Six Sigma Executive Black Belt" from Cameron, a Schlumberger company, in January 2005.
