Marina Gargantini

Marina Gargantini has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Training & Development Specialist and previously as an HR Recruitment & Selection Specialist at SIAD S.p.A. since May 2014, Marina focuses on talent attraction and training initiatives. Prior to this role, experience at CRS Impianti from December 2005 to March 2014 involved HRBP & Global Service responsibilities, encompassing personnel management, training, payroll coordination, and collaborations with educational institutions. Marina began the HR career as a Branch Office Manager at The Adecco Group between October 2001 and December 2005, overseeing the Bergamo branch's commercial operations and specialized recruitment for mid to senior-level profiles.
