Rodolfo Silimbani

Rodolfo Silimbani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for SIAD Europe since February 2007. Prior to this role, Rodolfo worked at Invitalia - Agenzia Nazionale per l'attrazione degli investimenti e lo sviluppo d'impresa S.p.A in Training & Development from 2004 to 2007, and as the Plant HR Manager at Barilla Group from May 2002 to January 2004. Rodolfo holds an MBA in International Business from MIB Trieste School of Management, obtained in 2001, and a degree in Political Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned in 1999.
