Melvin Tan

Melvin Tan has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Melvin worked as a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University in 2010. In 2011, they completed a summer internship at Unilever in IT Finance. After that, they joined 3M as a Six Sigma Green Belt Trainee for a brief period. In 2012, they started working at Sia Huat Pte Ltd, where they were involved in business development, sales, marketing, and key account management. Melvin left Sia Huat in 2016 and joined BreadTalk Group Ltd as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they also managed warehouse and logistics in the bakery division. In 2020, they founded their own company called Flow Services Pte Ltd, where they served as the Founder & CEO. At the same time, they rejoined Sia Huat Pte Ltd as the Supply Chain Director and later became the Executive Director. In 2021, they briefly worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at DLVRD. Melvin Tan's experience spans across various industries and roles, showcasing their expertise in supply chain management, business development, and leadership.

Melvin Tan obtained their Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Strategic Management & Operations Management from Singapore Management University. Melvin attended the university from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also had a brief educational experience at Cornell University. Additionally, in 2009, Melvin Tan attended the University of Saint Gallen. In April 2012, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt) from 3M, Singapore Management University.
