Sajith Suranga

Sajith Suranga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial excellence and market intelligence within the cement industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Excellence Manager at Siam City Cement since March 2017, Sajith has successfully digitalized customer order processes and identified inefficiencies in commercial operations. Prior to this role, Sajith was Assistant Manager of Commercial Excellence, where processes for customer redistribution sales were significantly streamlined. During tenure at Holcim Lanka from 2010 to 2017 as a Market Intelligence Analyst, Sajith led business planning efforts, conducted macro-economic analyses, and developed mathematical models to enhance customer profitability. Earlier positions include Quality Assurance Engineer at Direct Technologies and Management Accountant Trainee at Amazon Tea. Sajith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Special Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science with Statistics from the University of Colombo.
