Sudarat Poopuang

Sudarat Poopuang serves as Vice President and Head of HR for ICONSIAM at Siam Piwat since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing organizational strategy, overseeing HR operations, and enhancing an agile culture through data analysis. Previously, Sudarat held the position of Vice President and Group Head of HR Organization Development & Training Academy, focusing on talent development and employee engagement. Prior experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager at Watsons Thailand, Client Relationship Manager at Kepner-Tregoe, Sales Executive, and Project Assistant at The APM Group. Sudarat holds a Master's degree in Labour Economics and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies from Chulalongkorn University.
