Egidijus Cepelis has a diverse education background. In 1988, they started their undergraduate studies at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they focused on Economics and IT. Egidijus completed their studies in 1993. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they attended Goethe University Frankfurt, where they studied Economics and Informatics.
