Mathilde Lacoste

Mathilde Lacoste is a seasoned design consultant with extensive experience in environmental design and collaborative methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Design Consultant and Design Thinking Advisor at SiaXperience since January 2022, Mathilde focuses on enhancing project effectiveness through collective intelligence and creative methods. Prior to this role, Mathilde managed over 50 projects across multiple regions during a three-year tenure at Fusion Jeunesse, where responsibilities included program management, employee supervision, and project coordination. Previous internships at Hydro Québec and VAP architecture provided valuable skills in strategic eco-design and environmental planning. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Strategic Eco-design from Université de Montréal and multiple bachelor's degrees in Environmental Design and Industrial Design from UQAM.
