Nicolas Nadeau is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social innovation, violence prevention, and environmental education. Currently serving as an Associate Manager and Senior Consultant in Design Thinking at SiaXperience since November 2019, Nicolas previously held roles such as Master Trainer for Violence and Abuse Prevention at the Canadian Red Cross, where efforts included culturally appropriate training in Nunavut. At Concordia University, Nicolas contributed as the Social Innovation Lead, developing a social innovation hub and co-coordinating a learning journey called CHNGR. Earlier experience includes senior coordinator roles at the Canadian Red Cross focusing on violence prevention and coordinating environmental education initiatives at ENvironnement JEUnesse. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and a Professional and Personal Coach Certification from the John Molson School of Business.
