Selma El Mouissi

Selma El Mouissi is the Head of Operations & Delivery at SiaXperience since November 2022. Prior to this role, she co-founded Parental Challenge in December 2021, aiming to address the difficulties parents face balancing work and personal life. Selma has a background in program management, operations, HR, and financial services consulting, working with reputable companies such as Haigo and Sia Partners. She holds a Master's degree from EM LYON Business School and has a strong academic background in mathematics and social sciences.
