Amukelani Lesley Ngobeni

Amukelani Lesley Ngobeni is an experienced mining professional currently serving as Manager Operations for Kloof 1, 8, and 10 shafts at Sibanye-Stillwater since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Mining Manager and Acting Mine Manager at Harmony Gold from March 2014 to March 2019, as well as Section Manager/Technical Assistant at Anglo Gold Ashanti between January 2012 and October 2013. Amukelani also held positions as Mine Overseer at Anglo Platinum in both roles from January to December 2011 and February 2008 to August 2010, and worked as a Production Shift Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Reading and a B Tech in Mining Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
