Blaise's career began at Stillwater Mining Company in November 2000 as a Production Shift Supervisor, focusing on safety implementation and supervision of mining operations. Earlier experience includes management of the Parts Department and Bodyshop at Whiting Chevrolet, where responsibilities involved parts inventory, ordering, and consumer relations.
