Senior Development Geologist / Supervisor at Sibanye-Stillwater

Brian Crowley is an experienced geologist with over a decade of expertise in development and production geology, currently serving as a Senior Development Geologist and Supervisor at Sibanye-Stillwater since April 2011. In this role, Brian manages a team of eight development geologists and oversees the mine’s core room and diamond drilling operations. Brian has held various supervisory positions, including Senior Production Geologist, where management of multiple teams and a focus on the integration of geology into operational processes were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Grade Control Geologist and Grade Control Geologist, where Brian focused on maintaining ore grade and training junior staff. Brian's earlier career included a position as Geological Engineer with BDDS Engineering, contributing to construction projects in Montana. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Geosciences from the University of Montana and an Associate’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Montana-Helena College of Technology.
