Charles Baker

Charles Baker currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Quantica Infrastructure, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Baker has extensive experience in accounting and finance, including serving as the Corporate Controller for the U.S. Region at Sibanye-Stillwater since July 2019, and as Chief Financial Officer at Environmental Contractors, LLC from April 2017 to July 2019. Earlier in the career, Baker held the role of Managing Director at Talen Energy and was a Controller at PPL Montana, LLC for nearly 15 years. The career began at KPMG as an Audit Manager after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Montana between 1991 and 1995.
