Currently serving as an Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor and Technician at Sibanye-Stillwater since September 2022, Douglas has been involved in all facets of the underground mobile maintenance program, focusing on preventative maintenance and repair activities. Previously, Douglas worked at Nevada Gold Mines from December 2006 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintenance of various drilling equipment. Earlier experience includes roles at Queenstake Resources and Barrick Gold Corporation, specializing in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of underground machinery. Douglas holds an Associate of Science degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology from Great Basin College, earned in May 1999.
