Jay Devan

Jay Devan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and criminal investigations. As a Senior Manager at Sibanye-Stillwater, and previously at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in various senior management roles, Jay has led initiatives in criminal investigations, VAT, and modernization and change management. Prior experience includes a managerial position at KPMG Advisory and an analyst role at the Financial Services Board. Jay began a career in law enforcement as a Superintendent and Chief Work Study Officer with the South African Police Service. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Africa, alongside a VAT course from the same institution.
