Boris Dossmann

Boris Dossmann is an experienced project director currently serving at Sibelco Group, overseeing projects in Central and Northern Europe since July 2025. Prior to this role, Dossmann was the Head of Project Excellence at Aurubis from June 2023 to July 2025 and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Kemira from May 2015 to April 2023. Dossmann's career also includes freelance engineering roles between 2012 and 2015, project management positions at VTA Verfahrenstechnik und Automatisierung GmbH, EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, and Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, as well as leadership in engineering projects at Linde Engineering and Babcock Borsig AG. Dossmann holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Mechanical Engineering from FH Gelsenkirchen.
