Cathy Blervacq

Cathy Blervacq is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, and public affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Sustainability at Sibelco Group since December 2004. In this role, Cathy oversees corporate sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and environmental programs addressing climate change, water, and biodiversity. With a strong background as Country Manager for Belgium and previous leadership positions in sustainability across Europe, Cathy has developed expertise in regulatory frameworks and community engagement. Prior to Sibelco, Cathy provided legal support in environmental law at IOK and served as an Environmental Inspector for the Province of Limburg. Cathy holds a law degree from the University of Leuven and advanced management education from Vlerick Business School.
