Jan Jansen

Jan Jansen has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as Director of the CoE-Energy at Sibelco Group since December 2012, overseeing operations at two sites in Maastricht and managing European operations optimization programs across 100 sites. Previously, Jan held positions as European Energy Manager and Operations Unit Manager, focusing on energy management across multiple production locations in Europe. Jan's career also includes roles as Plant Manager at Sibelco Europe MineralsPlus, managing operational processes across two production sites in the Netherlands and Belgium, and at Trega International and Kon. Sphinx N.V., where responsibilities included managing production processes and output. Jan Jansen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from a university of applied science.
