Joe Pawlak

Joe Pawlak currently serves as the Commercial Director at Sibelco Group, a role commenced in August 2024 following the company's acquisition of Strategic Materials. With extensive experience in sales and management, previous positions include Vice President of Fiberglass and Bead at Strategic Materials, where Joe focused on aiding key customers in achieving sustainability through recycled glass usage. Earlier expertise includes roles as Director of Sales at Covanta, Vice President of Sales at Advanced Waste Services, and Sales Manager at Waste Management, complemented by foundational experiences as a Marketing Coordinator at Narada Records and Video Producer at AVP. Joe holds a BS in Broadcasting - Marketing from Murray State University and has pursued further education at Harvard Extension School. Leadership experience also encompasses serving as Secretary of St. Gabriel Parish's Pastoral Council and President of the Mountbrooke Park Homeowners Association.
