Olga S. Kobyakova

Olga Kobyakova is an accomplished academic and healthcare leader with extensive experience in medical education and administration. Since August 2008, Olga has served as the Rector and Professor of the Division of General Medical Practice at Siberian State Medical University. Additionally, from June 2010 to May 2014, Olga acted as the Rector and Head of the Health Care Department of Tomsk Oblast Administration, focusing on project management in the social sector amid financial constraints and legislative changes. Olga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Kingston University and multiple degrees from Siberian State Medical University, including a Doctor of Medical Science in Pulmonology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Therapy.
