Boaz Or-Shraga

Boaz Or-Shraga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, strategic business development, and leadership roles. Currently serving as General Partner at SIBF VC since December 2019, Boaz focuses on supporting visionary founders and scaling companies with breakthrough technologies. Alongside this role, Boaz holds multiple chairmanships at organizations such as MAPPO, Telicomm, and FullDNA, and previously led Nucleon Cyber as Chairman until January 2023. Prior to their current positions, Boaz was Vice President at Elbit Systems, overseeing the India business, and held various leadership roles at Motorola Solutions Israel, including Head of Business for Africa and Managing Director at Motorola Solutions Venture Capital. Boaz's educational background includes a Master's in Business Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's in Physics and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
