Jennifer Sulfridge has been working in the education and customer success industries since 2005. Jennifer began their career as a teacher at Magnolia ISD in 2005 and continued in this role until 2014 when they joined K12 as a teacher. In 2018, they transitioned to Sibme as a Customer Success Manager, a position they currently hold.

Jennifer Sulfridge graduated from Ohio Christian University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Ethics.
