Business Development Executive at SIBS

António Teixeira's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Technical and Commercial agent for NST - Sistemas de Informação. In 1997, they became a Systems Engineer at Benteler and worked in that role until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they served as a Systems Administrator in the Information Technology Department at SIBS, where they administered IBM iSeries systems for Banco Popular Espanhol Portugal and oversaw the implementation of an ATM network project in Angola for Empresa Interbancária de Serviços (EMIS). Additionally, they provided disaster recovery support for SIBS clients.

In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Information Systems Specialist in the Shared Services Department: Enterprise Systems Group at SIBS, where they remained until 2009. During this time, they played a key role in various projects, including the implementation of a card management project, ACH projects, and security and fraud prevention projects.

From 2009 to 2013, António worked as a Relationship Manager at SIBS, specifically for their company EMIS in Angola. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing projects such as data warehouse and reporting projects, as well as compliance with PCI/DSS standards and the homologation and certification of payment terminals.

Finally, in 2013, they transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager in the Operations Division at SIBS INTERNATIONAL, where they worked until 2018. In this position, they provided customer service management and support.

In 2018, António took on the position of Business Development Executive at SIBS.

António Teixeira has a diverse education history. In 1988, they attended Escola Secundária da Belavista in Setúbal and studied Informatics, earning a non-applicable degree. António then pursued higher education at Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Setúbal from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.

In 2013, António furthered their education in the field of Education/Training by attending Formação Formadores. Here, they completed the Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas de Formador (CCP) program.

In addition to their academic achievements, António Teixeira has acquired certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2009, they obtained the ITIL 3.0 certification, followed by the ISO/IEC 20000 certification in July 2015. The institutions from which António obtained these certifications are not provided.
