Carlos Mendes

Carlos Mendes has extensive work experience at SIBS. Carlos started in 1990 as a System Software Engineer and worked until 1993. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as a Smart Cards Engineer. Carlos then moved on to the role of Smart Cards Analyst from 2002 to 2006. Carlos became a Smart Cards and Issuing Project Manager in 2007 and held that position until 2015. Carlos'smost recent role at SIBS is as a Terminals and Payments Analyst since 2016.

Carlos Mendes completed their undergraduate education in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. After a gap, in 2003, Carlos pursued further education at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, focusing on Business Administration and Management, although no specific degree was mentioned.
