Célia Horta-Nova

Célia Horta-Nova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Célia began their career at Banco BPI in 1995, where they worked in a commercial and administrative role for six years. In 2001, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Product Manager for banking products, before moving on to Banco Best in 2006. At Banco Best, they held the role of Product Manager for over 10 years. In 2017, Célia joined Oney as a Marketing Product Manager and later transitioned to the role of Business Line Manager in 2020. Currently, they are a Product Manager at SIBS since 2023.

In 1995 to 1998, Célia Horta-Nova attended the Instituto de Formação Bancária and pursued a degree in Bancária, focusing on Bancos.

From 1998 to 2002, they enrolled at IADE and obtained a degree in Marketing, specializing in Gestão de Marketing.

In 2014 to 2015, Célia Horta-Nova attended the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and completed an Executive Master in Management with a specialization in Strategic Marketing. Their field of study comprised Marketing/Marketing Management and Management.

From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from the same institution, Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Their studies focused on Management.

In 2018, Célia Horta-Nova attended the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics again and obtained a degree in Leadership, through the program called Leadership in Action.

In 2019, they completed the Quadros Dinérgicos program from Dynargie, focusing on Gestão de Pessoas com ênfase em Liderança Organizacional.

In 2021, Célia Horta-Nova attended Development Systems to become a certified Coach, specializing in Liderança.

In 2022, they enrolled at the Developmental Learning Center (DLC) for a professional training course in Pessoas Diretamente Envol (Directly Involved People) with a specialization in Seguros.

In 2023, they attended the Nova School of Business and Economics for a Sales Strategy and Business Development degree in the field of Vendas, Distribuição e Marketing.
