Elias S.

Elias S. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Elias began their career as an Intern at BASF, where they implemented 5S in the chemical complex and developed a database tool for skill training. Elias then joined Procter & Gamble, holding multiple roles including Process Engineering Specialist, Production Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, they led continuous improvement projects, managed production lines, and successfully implemented a new conditioner production system. Elias also worked as a Production Manager at Philip Morris International, where they increased operational efficiency and expanded the Open + culture. More recently, Elias worked as a Product Manager at Glartek, overseeing the product vision and strategy for two SaaS products and facilitating the use of augmented reality technology. Elias is currently employed at SIBS as a Technical Product Manager.

Elias S. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2010 to 2015. In 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at Rome Business School, which they completed in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Elias obtained several certifications in data science and related fields. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Power BI for Data Science, and in the same month, they also acquired a certification in Python Fundamentals for Data Analysis. In August 2021, Elias obtained certifications in Big Data Analytics with R and Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, as well as Big Data Real-Time Analytics with Python and Spark.
