Elisa Gomes

Elisa Gomes has a range of work experience in various industries. Elisa started their career in 2010 with Caixa Geral de Depósitos, where they gained knowledge and experience in customer service and commercial support. Elisa then moved on to work as a Claims Manager at Liberty Seguros (Portugal) for a short period of time. In 2013, they joined Deloitte as an Experience Assistant, where they worked on the KYC project, focusing on client data assessment and anti-money laundering operations. In 2017, Elisa joined Banco Santander Totta as an Assistant Commercial, and later in 2018, they moved to SIBS, also working as an Assistant Commercial. Elisa'sroles involved tasks such as validating and updating client databases, processing claims, answering client inquiries, and supporting sales and administrative tasks.

Elisa Gomes has a degree in Banking Management, being a Licenciada em Gestão Bancária from the Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária. Additionally, they have completed a Course in Banking Fundamentals from the Instituto de Formação Bancária.
