Joana Barroso

Joana Barroso began their work experience in 2008 as an Information and Business Process Management Systems Consultant at Quidgest. Joana then moved on to become a Business Consultant from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Public Sector Sales Director, specifically focusing on Education, Sovereignty, and Citizenship. In 2018, Joana joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions Portugal as an Administration Public Central Team Leader, a role they held until July 2021. Currently, they work at SIBS as a Customer Relationship Manager for the Estado e Setor Público.

From 2004 to 2008, Joana Barroso attended Faculdade de Engenharia e Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Ciência da Informação.
