Joana Filipa Soares da Luz has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and data science. Joana Filipa started their career as a Data Scientist at SONAE from July 2015 to June 2019. Following this, they worked as a Data Analyst at Auchan Retail from July 2019 to November 2019. Joana Filipa then transitioned to SIVA, where they held the position of CRM & Business Analyst from November 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed at SIBS as a Business Data Analyst, starting in April 2022.

Joana Filipa Soares da Luz started their education in 2011 at the Faculdade De Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, where they pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Statistics and Operational Research. Joana Filipa completed their studies in 2014. In 2014, they enrolled in a language course at Hansa Toronto to improve their English skills, completing it in 2015. In 2016, Joana attended Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics for a short period to study Business Analytics, specifically focusing on Data Science and Big Data.
