João Moreno

João Moreno has worked as a Business Analyst at SIBS since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DHL Supply Chain as a Warehouse Management employee from June 2021 to May 2022. João also had a role as a Warehouse Management Intern at DHL Supply Chain from June 2020 to June 2021.

João Moreno's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled in Instituto Superior Técnico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering. João completed their undergraduate studies in 2016. In 2014, João also participated in the Athens Programme at Warsaw University of Technology for a duration of one week, focusing on the topic of "Sound: Hearing and Acoustical Measurements."

In 2009, prior to their Bachelor's degree, João attended Universidade Nova de Lisboa where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environment Engineering, which they completed in 2011. Later on, in 2017, João returned to Instituto Superior Técnico to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, João has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. These include certifications in Microsoft Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence from Udemy in May 2022, Power BI Desktop (12 hours) from GALILEU - Focus on Success in September 2021, Excel 2019: Gestão e Análise de Dados from LinkedIn in May 2020, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in April 2020, Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2020, Python from QualiCAD in October 2018, Bootcamper from Pitch Bootcamp in April 2018, Lean Foundation for Universities from Lean Academy Portugal in December 2017, Excel 2016 - Advanced from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in October 2017, and Espanhol - Inicial 2 (B1.1) from Instituto Espanhol in March 2017.
