Lara Baptista

Lara Baptista has extensive experience in project management and implementation. Lara worked at SIBS from 2018 to present, starting as a Project Manager and later becoming the Project Manager Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Scalian as a Project Manager in 2017.

Lara also has experience as a CRM Implementation Manager at Amadeus, where they were responsible for the roll-out activities of OneView CX and acted as the first point of contact for Amadeus Commercial Organizations. Lara planned and coordinated the OneView CX deployments and managed the gap analysis between ACOs' legacy systems and the target OneView CX solution. Lara held this role from 2009 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Lara worked as a Siebel Business Analyst at Celfocus from 2006 to 2009.

Lara Baptista pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2000 to 2006 at Instituto Superior Técnico.
