Miguel da Silva started their work experience in 2009 as a Marketing Internship at HEMPEL (Portugal), S.A. Miguel then worked as a Telemarketing Operator at 3C-Customer Contact Center from November 2009 to March 2010. In 2010, they joined NOVO BANCO as the Head of Treasury until September 2013. Miguel also worked as a Financial Advisor & Trainer from September 2013 to October 2014 and as a Business Account Manager from October 2014 to September 2016. Miguel then joined OLX Group as an Account Manager from September 2016 to August 2018 and later became a Key Account Manager from September 2018 to March 2022. Currently, they are working at SIBS as an Account Relationship Manager since April 2022.
Miguel da Silva attended the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Miguel acquired the following qualifications: English Corporate B1 from United School in June 2017, Mediador de Seguros Ligado - Ramo Vida e Não Vida from Associação Portuguesa de Seguradores in June 2016, Prevenção de Branqueamento de Capitais e Financiamento do Terrorismo from NOVO BANCO in January 2016, FACTA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) from NOVO BANCO in April 2014, Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho from NOVO BANCO in September 2013, and Política de Direitos Humanos e Normas de Conduta from NOVO BANCO in September 2012.
