Nuno Pestana

Nuno Pestana has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Nuno currently works as a Senior Developer at SIBS since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aubay as a Senior Consultant from March 2016 to April 2022. Nuno also founded their own consultancy company, Alves Pestana - Consultoria Informática, Lda., where they worked as a Founder and Senior Consultant from January 2013 to December 2015. Their previous roles include working as an Oracle UCM Consultant at Novabase Digital TV in 2012, as a Senior Consultant at GISP, SA from 2009 to 2011, as an IT Consultant at Advantis Solutions from 2008 to 2009, as an IT Consultant and Software Engineer at ITDS, Internet, Tecnologias & Desenvolvimento de Software, SA from 2003 to 2008, and as a Software Developer at InfoEco, Lda from 2001 to 2003.

Nuno Pestana completed their secondary education at Esc. Sec. Dr. António Carvalho de Figueiredo. Nuno obtained a Technological Informatics degree at this school. In addition to their formal education, Nuno also obtained various certifications, including becoming an Assistant Diving Instructor from BSAC in September 2015, a Nitrox Diver and Sports Diver from BSAC in September 2014, and an Ocean Diver from BSAC in June 2013. Furthermore, Nuno obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in February 2001.
