Paulo Gonçalves

Paulo Gonçalves has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paulo started their career in 1993 at Grupo Petrotec, where they held various roles, including Responsável de Operações and Chefe de projeto. During this time, they were responsible for managing production goals, defining annual budgets, negotiating with suppliers, handling customer complaints, and overseeing production activities. Paulo also had technical knowledge in software and hardware engineering, payment systems, and loyalty programs. In 2018, Paulo worked as an Account Executive at Bullray - Critical Integration Technology and as a Sales Account Executive at DefenceBit. Currently, they are Project Manager for Digital & E-commerce Payment Solutions at SIBS, where they manage technical accounts and is involved in 3DSecure 2.1/2.2 and Safekey 2 projects.

Paulo Gonçalves completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa. Paulo attended the institution from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft in 2018, including Microsoft Office Master 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Outlook 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 Expert, Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016 Expert, and Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016. Paulo also obtained the Agile Software Development certification from LinkedIn in 2018.
