Rafaela Oliveira

Rafaela Oliveira has a strong background in application support and IT consultancy. Rafaela worked at SIBS and Syone as a senior application support and IT consultant respectively, starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held roles at Edge Portugal and Connect Enterprises as an application support specialist from 2015 to 2019. Rafaela also worked as a CRM consultant at NOS in 2016, where they provided support for CRM systems and handled tasks such as automation of reports, identification of application opportunities, problem-solving, incident monitoring, and information extraction. Before that, they worked as a Siebel consultant at PT Sistemas de Informação, S.A. from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on Oracle Siebel development and implementation of various processes and interfaces.

Rafaela Oliveira completed their education at Faculdade de Ciencias from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação.
