Vânia Garcia

Vânia Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Vânia began their career in 2005 with a marketing internship at Grupo Civiparts. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Tecniamper, Lda. as a Technical Administrative Manager and IT Technical Support, where they managed office operations and provided troubleshooting and support for system and network problems.

In 2014, Vânia joined IBM Portugal as a System and Backup Administrator, working as a Consultant for Inetum Portugal. In this role, they were responsible for operational support and implementation of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager platform, administration of Microsoft, Linux, and Unix systems, troubleshooting backup agents, and resolving server issues.
