Pablo Cisneros is an experienced professional specializing in international relations and security studies. Currently serving as a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Analyst at Sibylline Ltd since October 2022 and as a Geopolitical Analyst at Polis Analysis since July 2022, Pablo brings a robust background in electoral and political analysis, having held significant positions at Consejo Nacional Electoral del Ecuador and Consejo de Participación Ciudadana y Control Social. Pablo's experience also includes roles in conflict management analysis and as a junior aide in various governmental institutions. Academically, Pablo has an extensive educational background with international master's degrees in International Relations and Security from institutions such as the University of Glasgow, Charles University, and Dublin City University, complemented by qualifications in domestic and foreign policy from leading Ecuadorian universities.
